Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a motivated team member to drive sales through in-store sampling for food and beverage products. You will engage customers, introduce new products, and partner with store staff to support promotional campaigns.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed; you must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
