Job summary

The GIANT Company currently seeks an team member for inventory control and stock replenishment at our Berwick location. The role involves checking inventory daily, removing out-of-date items, loading pallets into the cooler, stocking shelves, and maintaining attractive displays for customers.

Responsibilities include following shift schedules, complying with PPE and food safety requirements, and collaborating with department leaders to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties and comply with policies and safety regulations.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Must be able to operate and learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet company performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Must wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.
• Must have and maintain valid specialty licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Promptly, at the start of the shift, review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Follow directions and expectations of department leadership.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
