Job summary

The GIANT Company in Lebanon, PA is seeking a frontline team member responsible for daily inventory checks, removing out-of-date items, loading pallets into coolers, stocking shelves, and keeping displays fresh.

You will follow department leadership, operate safely with PPE, and participate in maintaining clean work areas while upholding food safety standards. The role supports customers and the store's operations.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties and to comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
• Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.
• Must have and maintain valid specialty licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare required equipment and supplies.
• Follow directions and expectations of department leadership.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
