Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying merchandise follows policies.
• Unload trucks for the Produce Department.
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Maintain adherence to company guidelines and safety procedures.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines.
• Report accidents per Food Lion procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with name badge and neat appearance.
• Complete CBT, Training Packet and Training Aid courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
