Job summary

The GIANT Company in West Chester, PA is seeking a team member to support inventory control and shelf maintenance. You will remove out of date items, load pallets into the cooler, and stock displays to keep them attractive and ready for customers.

This role requires reading and communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to reliable attendance. You’ll start shifts by reviewing the schedule, follow directions from leadership, and keep work areas clean and safe while

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet the company performance standards including regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Check inventory daily and remove out of date items.
• Load pallets into cooler and stock items to maintain displays.
• Select, stock, and restock items as needed.
• Review the work schedule at the start of each shift and prepare required equipment and PPE.
• Follow directions from department leadership and maintain clean, sanitized work surfaces and displays.
