Job summary

Rumson Country Club, a private club on the Jersey Shore, is hiring servers to join our Food & Beverage team. The server provides table service, takes orders, delivers items, and ensures a memorable dining experience for members and guests.

Must be at least 18; prior serving experience preferred and wine/liquor service experience is a plus. ABC license is required by Rumson Borough. Part-time position with hourly pay of $18.00–$22.00 based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Wine and liquor service experience preferred; ABC license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, seat, and ensure tables are clean and stocked.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen; deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Handle checks and payments; assist with dining room setup and restocking.
• Identify dietary needs and communicate to kitchen.
• Ensure items prepared to members' satisfaction and handle returns.
