Job summary

Forest Highlands Association in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a part-time Yard Work/Maintenance Staff to provide concierge-like services to members and guests, including yard work, facilities cleaning, shuttle driving, dog walking, house sitting, and other requests. The primary focus is to provide excellent and aesthetically pleasing work for all Members in the Club.

Qualifications

• Two years of High School or High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (opportunities to obtain these are available through Forest Highlands upon being hired).
• Clean background check.
• Basic knowledge of concierge duties, country club and golf course operations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
• Organized, able to work in a busy environment where the priorities are changing.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks during busy times while working flexible hours with an enthusiastic personality.
• Must be reliable.
• Passion for serving guests.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – Assist members with recreation program and service information.
• Concierge Tasks– Performs indoor and outdoor duties as required in order to enhance resident services.
• Examples of duties include but are not limited to: Yard work, Facilities cleaning, Moving Help, Pine needle pick up, Snow Removal.
• Other: Dog Walking/Pet sitting, Shuttle Driving (Must be 21 or older). Attend monthly meetings and be able to complete other tasks as assigned within the Recreation Department as needed.
