Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital is seeking a part-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established outpatient team in Norton, MA. You will provide direct patient care, develop longitudinal patient relationships, and emphasize preventative medicine in a patient-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Adult/Gerontology nurse practitioner, Family Medicine nurse practitioner program, or physician assistant program.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or ability to obtain.
• Must have or eligible for, and maintain, a current DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to our communities with a well-established primary care practice through same-day or routinely scheduled appointments.
• Develop longitudinal relationships with your patients.
• Proactive care approach with preventative medicine.
• Work cross-functionally with other medical surgical specialties.
