Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is looking for energetic part-time coaches to lead children in engaging soccer sessions across Antelope Valley and surrounding areas. You will travel to class locations, connect with kids, and promote motor development and healthy habits through fun, organized instruction.

Applicants should have prior experience with children; soccer background is preferred. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and paid training/certification opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist/teach energetic and motivating classes, help children develop motor skills and healthy habits.

This Part-Time job offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $19-$23 per hour, (depending upon experience) & allows you the flexibility to set your own availability!

• Able & willing to travel throughout the Antelope Valley (and occasionally Edwards AFB) for class locations
• Prior experience working with childrenrequired
• Soccer playing backgroundpreferred
• Must be energetic, patient, professional, attentive, & punctual
• You aren’t too shy to play and be silly and you are a natural entertainer

Coaching Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist/Teach an energetic & motivating class, connect & challenge each child, help them to accomplish motor development & skill goals & inspire a love of movement & healthy habits in an organized, structured & FUN manner
• Provide individual and group attention to children
• Show up on time to class, physically and mentally prepared (includes commuting time)
• ForALLage groups, you have to be able to mentally be at a level where the child needs you to be and make soccer FUN for them
• May require you to be available for on-call shifts
