Responsibilities

• Prepares food and serves customers according to recipes and production sheets.
• Keeps daily production worksheets and waste logs.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use.
• Stores, labels, and dates all food items per policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short prep times.
• Maintains quality and serving temperatures per standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and supports overall service.
