Job summary

Le Creuset is seeking a Sales Associate to help create exceptional customer experiences and support our store team during the busy holiday season. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to achieving store sales goals with a positive, reliable attitude.

You will assist with POS transactions, replenishment, and merchandising while upholding Le Creuset’s brand standards. Availability 10–15 hours weekly, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work at least 10–15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide personalized service to create exceptional experiences.
• Drive sales by engaging customers, sharing Le Creuset’s selling approach, and promoting current promotions.
• Support daily store operations including POS transactions, replenishment, inventory, merchandising, and other procedures.
• Maintain brand and store standards to keep the environment clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and adapt to busy periods during holidays
