• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures compliance and safety training for all staff.
• Manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Develops professional growth plans and conducts regular evaluations and coaching.
• Ensures orientation and materials provided to employees and ongoing development.
