Job summary

You will manage department resources, foster teamwork, provide coaching, and implement personal development plans to grow staff capabilities and drive continual improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg) as part of daily duties.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment; management experience preferred.
