Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Jefferson City Correctional Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. The role provides mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatments under the clinical direction of a psychiatrist, in a multidisciplinary correctional team.

Qualified candidates will hold an active Missouri PMHNP license and have at least one year of PMHNP experience; correctional experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Missouri PMHNP license.
• Minimum of one year PMHNP experience preferred.
• Experience in a correctional or institutional setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric/mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care.
• Provide care within a correctional facility setting.
