Job summary
Charles River Community Health, Inc. is seeking a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to provide integrated behavioral health services to children and adolescents. This role involves evaluating patients, prescribing medications, and educating families on mental health issues.
With flexible scheduling (8-12 hours per week), the ideal candidate will need to have an active psychiatry license in Massachusetts, board certification PMHNP, and experience with children. Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving diverse communities.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience for working with children and adolescents.
- Prior ambulatory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients under the age of 18.
- Prescribe medications including controlled substances.
- Educate patients and family members about mental health.
- Work collaboratively with BH clinicians.
