Jaywalker Lodge is seeking a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a multidisciplinary team in Carbondale, CO. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and prescribe medications as appropriate, all within a supportive community-based setting.

The role requires an unrestricted Colorado license, an unrestricted Colorado DEA license, and PMHNP-BC board certification.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Colorado license to practice.
• Unrestricted Colorado DEA license.
• PMHNP-BC certification.
• Eligible for enrollment on major insurance panels and Medicare.
• Excellent communication and time management are required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations including intake and follow-up assessments (approximately 3 days onsite, 10–15 hours per week).
• Create, communicate, and carry out treatment plans with patients and families.
• Prescribe medications when appropriate and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide services at community partnership locations as needed.
• Support safety and quality in a community-based treatment setting.

# Part time PMHNP - Carbondale, COJaywalker Lodge - contract - Carbondale, CO 81623## OverviewSalary Range$50.00 - $60.00 Hourly## DescriptionAs a PMHNP with Jaywalker Lodge, you’ll have the opportunity to do more than manage symptoms—you’ll help men build a foundation for lasting recovery. You’ll work alongside an experienced, multidisciplinary team to provide psychiatric care for clients navigating substance use, trauma, and co-occurring mental health conditions in a supportive, community-based setting. With the Rocky Mountains as your backdrop, you’ll be part of a unique treatment environment that combines evidence-based care, strong clinical relationships, outdoor adventure, and a commitment to helping clients discover a healthier, more fulfilling life.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Conduct psychiatric evaluations to include intake assessments as well as follow-up assessments (**approximately 3 days onsite, 10 to 15 hours total per week)*** Create, communicate, and carry out treatment plans with the patient and patient’s families* Prescribe medications when necessary* Communicate with patients regarding diagnosis and treatment plan* Make referrals to specialists as appropriate* Provide services at community partnership location* Other duties as assigned## Qualifications* Must possess an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Colorado* Must possess an unrestricted DEA license in the state of Colorado* Must have a current board certification by a national certifying body as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)* Eligible for paneling on all major insurance plans and to participate in Medicare* Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required
