Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain a behavioral health practice with 8 hours of direct patient care per week.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, medication management and treatment planning.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and ongoing behavioral health management.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and primary care providers for integrated care.
• Coordinate referrals with community-based providers and schools.
• Develop and maintain referral pathways to expand access to care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, options and adherence.
• Participate in multidisciplinary reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and monitor patient outcomes.
