Job summary

WinStar World Casino and Resort is seeking a Part Time 38 Player Services Clerk to join the WinStar Player Services U13 team.

You will input guest information into the Casino Management System, issue player cards, enroll guests in promotions, and provide courteous, professional customer service.

You must follow all rules, maintain data accuracy, stay punctual, and uphold dress codes while supporting a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and be able to type 25 wpm.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
• Inputs guest information into Casino Management System and issues player cards.
• Enters data and maintains spreadsheets/databases; promotes promotions and rewards.
• Maintains knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and guidelines; follows dress code.
