Requirements include a high school diploma and the ability to work nights and weekends, plus at least one year of NCAA/NAIA/JUCO/AHSAA/AISA streaming commentary experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Minimum of one year of play-by-play experience for video streams at NCAA/NAIA/JUCO/AHSAA or AISA institutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the play-by-play commentator for AUM Athletics video streaming events on FloSports.
• Provide accurate, engaging and informative commentary throughout each contest.
• Prepare relevant notes, statistics, rosters and background information prior to contests.
• Maintain neutral and professional commentary.
• Comply with NCAA Division II and Gulf South Conference rules and policies.
• Interact professionally with officials, coaches, student-athletes, University personnel and spectators.
• Assist with broadcast production as needed, including switching camera angles.
• Work with the broadcast and game management team for a smooth production.
• Arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to scheduled contest to prepare and check equipment.
• Remain on site until the conclusion of each event.
• Maintain reliable attendance for evening and weekend events.
