Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support at our Houston center. You will meet donors daily, perform phlebotomy, and help ensure safe operations while delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include screening donors, recording vital signs, using the Donor Information System, coordinating donor compensation, and supporting center processes across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and donor charts.
• Support center processes with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
