Job summary

JCC Greater Boston in Newton, MA is seeking a part-time Pilates instructor to lead private and semi-private sessions in our studio. Daytime, weekend, and evening hours are available, with independent work supported by a collaborative team.

Requirements include CPR/AED and National Pilates certification, plus experience with Stott, Reformer and Mat equipment. Competitive pay per session, with benefits from our employee perks.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certified and National Pilates certification required.
• Experience with Stott, Reformer, and Mat Pilates.
• Minimum 3 years in a health and wellness setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, effective Pilates programs for each client.
• Conduct initial assessments, set goals, and tailor training plans.
• Instruct private and semi-private sessions (duets/trios).
• Complete client management paperwork and scheduling.
• Serve as a wellness role model within scope of practice.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and studio upkeep.
