Job summary

The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine seeks an Physician Faculty member for a part-time role in Greensburg, PA. You will contribute to teaching in Osteopathic Principles and Practices, advise medical students, and participate in the History & Physical Examination course while supporting in Problem Based Learning and simulations.

Ideal candidates bring MD/DO credentials, a medical license, and prior teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to: D.O. or M.D. degree required; teaching experience in academia with two to five (2-5) years’ or more of experience practicing preferred.
• Must have a medical license or ability to obtain one in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Teach in Osteopathic Principles and Practices course (if a D.O.).
• Advise medical students and interview applicants.
• Contribute to research and service in the college.
• Facilitate in History & Physical Examination course and PBL curriculum.
