The Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics is seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for a part-time weekend Urgent Care Clinic in Chattanooga, TN. The clinician will examine patients, prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests and imaging, diagnose injuries and illnesses, educate patients, and provide treatment in the clinic or hospital setting under the supervision of physicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• BLS (CPR) certification required.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients in the weekend Urgent Care Clinic.

The Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics is seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for a part-time position at our weekend Urgent Care Clinic in Chattanooga, TN.

• The individual in this position will be responsible for examining, prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests and imaging, diagnosing injuries and illnesses, educating patients, and providing the appropriate treatment in the clinic and/or hospital setting. They will work under the supervision of one or more physicians of the Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics.
