Job summary

Benchmark Physical Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician to join our team in Loganville, GA. You will support licensed therapists by preparing treatment areas, assisting patients with exercises, and handling basic treatments.

This role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong organization, and computer skills, with responsibilities including patient intake and appointment scheduling in a service-driven clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in computer use and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assist/observe patients with prescribed exercises and document responses.
• Perform basic prescribed treatments (ice packs/heat pads) as instructed.
• Clean/sanitize equipment and therapy areas; launder linens as needed.
• Assist with patient intake, answer calls and schedule appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
