Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapy Technician to join our Grants Pass, Oregon clinic. The technician works under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist in a service‑oriented team.

Responsibilities include preparing equipment and treatment areas, assisting with prescribed exercises, performing basic treatments, and maintaining clean therapy spaces while documenting patient progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient with computers and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assist and/or observe patients performing prescribed exercises and document responses.
• Apply basic treatments such as ice packs and heat pads as instructed.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas; change linens.
• Assist with patient intake, answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
