Job summary

Meadow Falls of Richmond is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehab care team. You will work with residents, providing rehabilitative services under medical orders, and contribute to holistic, patient-centered care.

You will receive mentorship, opportunities to learn new technologies, licensure reimbursement, CEUs, and a supportive not-for-profit environment that prioritizes residents' quality of life. Monday through Friday schedule; weekend/holidays not required.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license in practicing state.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Ability to work on-site as part of a rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities

• Assist rehabilitative services for patients per medical orders as part of a coordinated on-site team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy services with a patient-centered approach.
• Mentorship and hands-on experience with innovative therapies and technologies.
• Contribute to care plans and ongoing clinical interests, pursuing growth opportunities.
• Desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
