Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas as directed by therapists.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with phones, document scanning, scheduling, and payments.
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment, including daily cleaning and stocking supplies.
