Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Irving, TX is hiring a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to support our clinical team and front office. You will assist patients, prepare therapy areas, manage records, scheduling, and billing, and help therapists during sessions while maintaining a clean, welcoming clinic. Pay is $14-15/hr, part-time 25 hours per week, located at 331 E.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare education or training is a plus.
• Prior healthcare experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and administrative support for a smooth patient experience.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records and schedule appointments; handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office tasks during downtime (phone, scanning, scheduling, payments).
• Aid therapists by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
