Maximum Health Physical Therapy in Long Valley and Budd Lake, NJ, is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Aide to support patient care under a licensed therapist. You will prepare treatment areas, welcome patients, assist with setup, and help maintain a welcoming clinic environment.

No prior experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate. This role offers valuable hands-on clinical exposure in physical therapy and related healthcare fields.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas according to therapist instructions.
• Welcome patients and guide them to treatment areas, ensuring comfort.
• Assist Therapists with setup: hot packs, paraffin treatments, and exercises.
• Help patients on/off exercise equipment and supervise prescribed exercises.
• Monitor patient activity and document walking time and distance.
• Demonstrate proper use of therapeutic equipment and reinforce exercises.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinic environment per policies.
• Sanitize treatment tables and equipment between patients.
• Stock treatment areas and support daily clinic operations.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.
