Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and administrative support for a smooth patient experience.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas as directed by therapists.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office tasks during downtime (phones, document scanning, scheduling, payments).
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure therapy areas and equipment are clean and organized; perform daily cleaning and restocking.
