Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Oakland to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise aides to ensure quality outcomes.

You will maintain timely documentation of goals and progress, collaborate with providers, and uphold compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations. A CAPTE-accredited PT program and current licensure are required; the role requires physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active through shifts.

Qualifications

Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
Current state licensure and CPR certification.
Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and treat those for whom therapy is medically necessary.
Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
