Job summary

Work Right NW is growing and seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our industrial health team in Wisconsin. You’ll provide on-the-job care, help workers stay healthy and injury-free, and collaborate with safety staff to reduce injuries.

Pay is $59 per hour, with shifts in Burlington (1pm-5pm) and Milwaukee/Franklin (12pm-4pm). Licensed PTs enjoy opportunities to use data-driven approaches, advance ergonomic programs, and access benefits like CE reimbursement, sick leave, CPR/First Aid,

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Ability to adapt to diverse work environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-the-job care and evaluate injury risks using digital tools.
• Schedule and conduct preventative and early intervention appointments.
• Rehabilitate non-work-related injuries as needed.
• Collaborate with safety professionals and ergonomists to develop wellness programs.
• Leverage data analytics to assess injuries and implement solutions.
• Partner on innovative programs to improve worker health.
