The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services, evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

You will supervise and coach assistants, maintain thorough documentation, and adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations while providing compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
