Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Goshen, IN is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for a new, highly-rated Assisted Living Facility. Compensation is $54-$59 per hour (part-time) or $59-$64 (PRN). Hours are 8-10 per week with weekday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve function and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home routines.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
