Broad River Rehab in Dayton, OH is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role offers a 20-25 hour work week with PRN options and a 4-5 day week flexibility, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

New graduates are welcome; the position emphasizes patient-centered care and improving residents’ functional life activities under physician orders.

Formación

• Active Physical Therapy license in Ohio
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
• New graduates welcome

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician.
• Apply physical therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential.
• Contribute to resident care plans and documentation.
