Sundance Creek Post Acute in Banning, CA is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our rehab team. Starting pay $53-56/hr DOE.

Provide PT services to residents recovering from surgery, illness, or injury; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans; document progress and maintain regulatory compliance. California-licensed PT with post-acute experience preferred, strong communication and teamwork required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to residents recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.
