The-Broadview-Center is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for PRN/Part-Time roles, offering 25-30 hours per week. You will deliver patient-centered PT services, conduct assessments, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare team in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a PT license to practice.
• Ability to perform PT assessments and provide direct patient care.
• CPR certification and proficiency with PCC EMR or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and PT assessments for referred patients.
• Collaborate within a diverse healthcare team to deliver quality care.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing professional development programs.
