Job summary

Brookestone Rehab at Westward Heights Care Center in Lander, Wyoming, is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents in regaining mobility and independence under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

You will join a team focused on compassionate, resident-centered care, carry out treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure accurate records while collaborating with therapists and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Wyoming PTA license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Strong clinical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate observations to the therapy team.
• Assist residents in achieving functional goals and independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
• Adhere to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

As a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping residents regain mobility, improve function, and achieve their highest possible level of independence. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you'll provide individualized treatment services while contributing to a positive rehabilitation experience.
