Job summary

Neshaminy Manor in Warrington, PA is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to assess and treat residents, develop and adjust plans of care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote rehabilitation goals.

The PT will screen and evaluate patients, discharge planning, and may supervise Physical Therapy Assistants. A state license and accredited degree are required, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Job Summary: The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's,Master’sor Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensurerequirements asestablishedby state and national boardassociations.
• Active state licenserequired.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapydisciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
