Job summary

Elk River Health and Nursing Center of Fayetteville, part of Functional Pathways, is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in Fayetteville, TN. The PT will screen, evaluate, and adjust plans of care under physician supervision, with opportunities to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for direct applicants. The ideal candidate holds an active PT license in the state, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Must hold an active state Physical Therapy license.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
