Qualifications

• Current Certification in Phlebotomy (AMT, ASCP, ASPT)
• One year of current experience in the field

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction to phlebotomy students
• Develop lesson plans, course outlines, and instructional materials in accordance with state standards
• Assess student progress in achieving course objectives and provide timely feedback
• Maintain program certification requirements and all necessary documentation
• Ensure safety and security protocols are met in training labs and clinical settings
• Participate in faculty meetings, staff development training, workshops, and conferences
• Assist with student recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts
• Collaborate with colleagues and administration to support academic goals
• Respond promptly to administrative requests and adhere to college policies
• Engage in professional development and involvement in relevant organizations
• Perform other duties as assigned
