Job summary

Sunrise Medical Laboratories, Inc. in Westlake, Ohio, seeks a friendly part-time Phlebotomist to join our frontline team.

You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare non-blood specimens, and ensure proper labeling and test ordering while upholding safety and quality standards. This 22-hour-per-week role is not benefits-eligible, but you will work with a supportive, skilled team and have opportunities for growth within a leading clinical laboratory solutions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
