Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Michigan seeks a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist to support center operations. Most shifts are 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week, with daily pay options and a focus on safety and excellent donor service.

You will screen donors, record vital signs, use the Donor Information System, and coordinate donor compensation while maintaining compliance and quality. Weekend and holiday shifts are included to fit a flexible life.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to walk/stand for the shift.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
  • Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
  • Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes to center processes.
  • Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
