Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist in Baton Rouge, LA. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare non-blood specimens, and ensure proper labeling and test ordering.

We value safety, compliance, and quality control while delivering exceptional patient care and customer-focused service within a supportive team. Hours are 9am–12pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
