Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Woodburn, OR. The role involves blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, collecting specimens for various tests, and ensuring accurate data entry and patient information logs.

You will provide excellent customer service, handle billing as needed, and prepare specimens for testing while traveling to additional sites as required. A phlebotomy certification or equivalent training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency in lieu of work experience.
• Able to pass a color blindness test.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; flexible for overtime.
