Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or actively enrolled in a program.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers with empathy and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Complete required training and stay compliant with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist pharmacists and support safe, effective pharmacy operations.
