Job summary

CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team. You will support pharmacists, help ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and provide caring service to patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.

You will complete our rigorous training program, meet state licensing requirements, and contribute to a safe, inclusive work culture. The role may require occasional travel to nearby stores to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice, including age, education, licensure/certification
• Minimum age per state board requirements or 16+ if not specified
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Attend regular weekends as part of weekly schedule.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist Pharmacists.
• Process prescriptions accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Assist with immunizations and vaccines where allowed by policy and training.
• Support basic inventory activities, including returns-to-stocks and cycle counts.
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed by the business.
• Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, CVS policies, and patient privacy standards.
