Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including licensure/certification.
• If a minimum age is not mandated, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• 1-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience (preferred).
• Experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacists in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pickup, drive-thru, and by phone.
• Perform basic inventory activities and returns-to-stocks per SOP.
• Embrace a growth mindset and support immunizations and on-site clinics when allowed.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed by the business.
