Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including licensure/certification.
• If state board requires minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Deliver friendly customer service and support to the pharmacy team.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Assist with inventory activities and returns as directed.
