Job summary

CVS Health in Fairview Heights, Illinois is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team, help ensure accurate prescriptions, and deliver caring service to patients and families each day.

You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and participate in required state licensing and training while remaining flexible for market-wide shifts. Immunizations and point-of-care services may be offered where allowed, under pharmacist supervision.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years of age.
• If the state board does not address a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with basic inventory activities and workflow procedures as directed.
• Deliver empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Follow SOPs and participate in required training to stay compliant.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel within the market as needed.
